Our Quality approach

Our Quality approach aims to control risks associated with the products and ensure the satisfaction of our customers (professionals and individuals).

This approach is voluntarily conducted with a global vision which takes into account the organoleptic quality, the sanitary quality and quality of origin of products, in compliance with the laws in force.

Our environment includes our Artisans, the regular monitoring of their supplies, transport and storage of our products, the process of ordering and delivery and monitoring of customer satisfaction.

The HACCP method is our requirement in terms of risk analysis; microbiological, physical, chemical, allergens are taken into account at each stage of manufacture.

All our Artisans specialized in animal products possess a European health approval.

Some of our Artisans are certified IFS (International Food Standard). Others are invited to strive towards this process by using the new standard IFS Global Market, more suitable for these structures.

Every production facility has a reference quality and has its own control system and quality assurance. Accredited external laboratories follow each of them to control products.

Le Gourmet Pro supports and works closely with the Artisans on these points. Audits and regular visits are made. Our products are guaranteed no preservatives, no GMO, no artificial flavors.

The quality of raw materials is guaranteed, thanks to the specifications imposed on various suppliers. A traceability system, particularly via a batch number for each finished product, can accurately trace the origin of each ingredient of the composition.

It also allows to follow a product right out of the production unit to the point of consumption.
