During his career, Pierre-Yves has always placed the customer at the heart of the development of its products and services; especially in the sectors of catering, where he held top managerial positions (Accor - Compagnie des Wagons-Lits, Fleury Michon Group - Room Saveurs) in business services (Accor Services, Havas, Sligos), and in the specialized distribution (Auchan - Leroy Merlin Pinault Printemps La Redoute - Conforama).



After two entrepreneurial experiences, Pierre-Yves launches Le Gourmet Pro in May 2013. A new adventure full of good sense, sharing and innovation begins.

A new mission: Promote and democratize his offer of simmered dishes, cooked vegetables & starchy foods, soups, cooked fruits, desserts and wines intended for professionals (restaurants, caterers, events, shops, hotels, leisure residences, travel industry (campsites, boats ...), personal services, residences for seniors and students, works councils, air and rail catering, corporate concierge services, associations, ...) and for individuals (single, young couple, family, Seniors, expatriate, employee...) with the ambition to grow the company Le Gourmet Pro at the stage of a SME to deploy his offer on French and international markets.

The passion in his job, is to be able to:
- Undertake while being closer to his values as: commitment, sense of humanity, integrity, solidarity, sharing, service culture, innovation, the desire of things well done .

Holds a Master Degree in Travel, Hospitality and Tourism Management in Toulouse Business School (ESC Toulouse), I joined the team Le Gourmet Pro as part of the end-of-studies internship
After the meeting with Pierre-Yves Fabre, I quickly understood and assimilated the concept and the human values that he wants to share.

Being passionate about French food, the concept has attracted me, as much for the innovative side as for its traditional side.
I contribute to this activity with all my technical and business skills gained from my internships and my professional experiences.
